How to improve a flawless design.

Have you ever been in a Apple Store, no not one of those in the malls, but a real stand alone Apple Store, like the 5th Avenue or the Regent Street Store.

Theses stores are out of this world shopping experiences, they are amazing, just the whole concepts from light to the wood tables it’s amazing.

Now apple are launching a new store design, i prefer calling it tube design, as the stores will have huge glass ends like the picture below, it’s the new Apple store in Scottsdale, Arizona, and it’s Apparently only the first in a row of 100 store that are going to be build/remodeled to this new design

Er Mirosoft og Apple søge maskiner?

Tv kanalen Fox Business, viste endnu engang sin uvidenhed i emnet “almen viden om tech og internettet” da de proklamerende at Microsoft og Apple er de mest brugte søge maskiner kun overgået af FireFox.

der er så mange ting galt med den sammen ligning.

1. Firefox er en browser, ikke en søge maskine
2. Firefox har kun godt 30% af browsere markedet
3. Apple er ikke en søgemaskine, men en elektronik producent(ipod, mac. osv)
4. Mirosoft er ikke en søge maskine, men de ejer søge maskiner (live.com & bing.com)

den finansielle krise må virkelig ha ramt fox rigtig hårdt når de ikke en gang har journalister nok til at tjekke så simple facts i deres historier.

You want a zune?… “No” What if we add “HD” to the name?

this to just add “HD” to products name trend, is so overdone, but that’s not really what this post is about.

Microsoft just announced a new zune, called zune  HD and i won’t be out untille fall! i don’t get what’s up with Microsoft don’t announce a product and then wait for ages before you release it… just look at the palm pre it was announced almost a year ago and it’s still not out! what’s up with that.

some highlights

• 3.3″ multi-touch OLED screen, resolution of 480×272
• HD radio
• HD video out
• Wi-Fi
• integration with Xbox

don’t really know what i think about it, the design and interface looks really nice on these promo photos, but you never know about this kind of stuff, untill you have it in your hands,  find out more about the zune HD @ gizmodo
